About SafPass — AI analysis of Israeli public tenders

SafPass helps businesses bid on Israeli public tenders. It collects open tenders from government ministries and local authorities, and for any tender you choose it prepares a breakdown, a threshold-conditions (tnai saf) checklist against your company’s documents, a list of documents to submit and a draft bid in Hebrew.

Who it is for

Small and medium businesses, contractors and suppliers that bid on tenders or want to start — especially English- and Russian-speaking companies. Everything written in Hebrew in the tender is explained in your language, and the Hebrew original always sits next to the translation, ready to show your lawyer.

How it works

  • Tenders are collected several times a day from the Government Procurement Administration website and local-authority websites, with a link to the source. See all open tenders.
  • The analysis is done with Anthropic’s Claude AI model, based on all the tender documents — including answers to clarification questions. Every finding cites the clause and page; if something is not in the documents, we say so.
  • Pricing is per tender, with no subscription. The service is free during the pilot.

Good to know

  • SafPass is not a law firm and does not replace legal advice. The Hebrew original of the tender is legally binding; check important decisions — especially affidavits and reservations — with a lawyer.
  • The decision to bid and the submission itself remain your company’s responsibility.
  • Your company’s documents are stored on a server in Israel and used only to prepare your bids. We delete them on request.
