Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what information we collect on safpass.co.il and in the SafPass service, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it.
Who is responsible for your information
SafPass is operated by TO BE RACING LTD (טו בי רייסינג בע"מ), an Israeli company, company number 516856275 (“we”). We own the database and are responsible for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us.
What we collect
Details you give in the pilot sign-up form: name, company name, phone or WhatsApp, email, line of business, tender link or number, report language and your consent.
Details you give in the contact form: name, email or phone, the topic and your message.
Business information and documents you send us for an analysis: company details (for example company number, turnover, experience, licences and team), certificates, approvals and past bids. Such documents may include information about other people — for example names and ID numbers of authorised signatories, or employees’ CVs. By sending them, you confirm that you are entitled to share this information with us for the analysis.
Tender documents: we collect tenders published on buyers’ websites. This is public information.
Technical data: like any website, our server processes IP addresses and technical details of requests (browser, time). We use them only to run and secure the site and prevent abuse — for example, to limit the number of requests from one address — not to identify you or for advertising.
Cookies: the site currently uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Why we use the information
- to get back to you about the pilot and your enquiries;
- to provide the service you asked for: the tender breakdown, the threshold-conditions check against your documents, the list of documents to submit and the draft bid;
- to improve the service, based on your feedback and quality checks of our analyses;
- to secure the site and prevent abuse;
- to comply with the law.
We use your company’s documents only to prepare your analyses and bids, and we do not send you advertising without your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
You are under no legal obligation to give us information. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you, and without your company’s documents we cannot check whether it meets a tender’s threshold conditions.
Artificial intelligence
The analysis is prepared by Anthropic’s Claude AI model, based on the tender documents and the documents you provided. It is a support tool: it makes no decisions about you, and the decision whether and how to bid is yours. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on data sent to it through our API.
Who we share information with
- Anthropic PBC (United States) — processing documents with the AI model. See “Transfers outside Israel” below.
- Kamatera — our cloud hosting provider; the servers are in Israel.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — only if you contact us on WhatsApp or ask us to reply there; the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s terms.
- Professional advisers — lawyers and accountants, where needed, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Transfers outside Israel
Information is stored in Israel. To prepare an analysis, the tender documents and the documents you provided for it are sent for processing to Anthropic in the United States. The transfer is made under the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, on the basis of your consent and Anthropic’s commitments to protect the data. Anthropic keeps the data for a limited period under its own terms.
Where and how long we keep information
Information and its backups are stored on servers in Israel. We keep it only as long as it is needed:
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and contact details | Up to 24 months after your last enquiry |
| Business documents sent for analysis | Up to 12 months after the last analysis |
| Analysis reports | While you use the service and for 12 months afterwards |
| Records the law requires us to keep (such as accounting records) | As the law requires |
You can ask us to delete information sooner — see “Your rights”. Copies in backups are deleted in the regular backup cycle.
Security
- connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS);
- the servers are in Israel; access to them is by encryption keys only, behind a firewall, with automatic security updates;
- only the SafPass team can access the admin area, with a password;
- analysis reports are available through a private, unique link. Anyone who has the link can view the report, so do not share it with people who should not see it.
No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information.
Your rights
- Access — find out what information about you we hold (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law);
- Correction and deletion — ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete information (section 14 of the law);
- Withdrawing consent — ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your company’s documents.
To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. We will reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The service is intended for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
