Accessibility statement

SafPass (TO BE RACING LTD, company number 516856275) wants everyone to be able to use the site and the service, including people with disabilities. The site has been made accessible in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

What we have done

• a clear structure of headings, page regions (header, main content, footer) and lists that screen-reader users can navigate;
• full keyboard operation with a clearly visible focus indicator, and a “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page;
• sufficient contrast for text, links and form fields; information is never conveyed by colour alone;
• every form field has a label, error messages are announced to screen readers, and status updates of an analysis order are announced automatically;
• the page language is declared, and Hebrew passages on Russian and English pages are marked as Hebrew;
• the layout adapts to small screens and to zoom of up to 200% without loss of content;
• when your system asks to reduce motion, the site turns off smooth scrolling and animations;
• links that open in a new tab are announced as such to screen readers;
• there are no time limits, except that an analysis price quote is valid for 24 hours — you can request a new one at any time.

How we tested

We tested every type of page in Hebrew, Russian and English, on desktop and mobile: automated checks with axe against WCAG 2.1 level AA, and manual checks of keyboard navigation, contrast and display at a screen width of 320 pixels. Last tested: 6 October 2026.

Known limitations

• Tender documents (PDF and Word) are published on buyers’ websites, and their accessibility is outside our control. A SafPass analysis presents the key points of the documents as accessible text.
• Analysis reports are generated automatically. If you run into a problem in a report, write to us and we will fix it.

Services outside the website

SafPass is an online-only service; we have no office that receives visitors.
